Please do not enter sensitive personal, financial, or confidential business information into website chat.
- Basic website operation: technical information may be processed by our website hosting and security services. A browser-session setting remembers whether you dismissed the chat invitation. An anti-abuse check runs when you submit a form or start a chat.
How we use it

Website-chat messages and conversation history are sent to a service that generates the agent’s replies. Information submitted through forms or as chat contact details is recorded for follow-up. Those services may handle technical records as part of providing their services.
